Toucan: Low Poly Effects

Toucan gives your images an artsy low-poly effect.
The effect is created using a colored Delauney triangulation over a set of points. The points are determined using Poisson disc sampling, SIFT keypoints and sampling over the edges detected using a Canny edge detector. Results are saved as SVG and PNG.
